Refund Policy – Digital Services

The SkySphere (Private) Limited is committed to providing you with the best customer experience, and we stand behind the products and services being offered. We are committed to providing cutting-edge technology and on-going enhancements. In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation and refund policy

Money-back is available for the following

a. Monthly recurring service and wire maintenance charges
b. Standard installation costs (including professional installation, up to two TV outlets, one Internet outlet and/or one Phone outlet)

Money-back is NOT available for the following

a. Taxes (local and state)
b. Other fees and surcharges
c. Non-standard installation (including complex, underground, custom work, special construction and/or additional outlets)
d. Security Suite (when purchased separately)
e. Device purchases (including Streaming TV devices, mobile devices, or any other subscriber purchased devices)
f. Transactional TV purchases (including Pay-Per-View and/or On Demand) and/or transactional Phone purchases (including per-minute domestic and/or international long distance directory assistance, and/or operator assistance charges).
g. Mobile Services.

General Refund Terms

a. Customers who cancel all services will receive a credit to be applied against outstanding account balances, if any, and shall receive a refund for any remaining amount.
b. Other fees and surcharges
c. Current customers, adding a new level of subscription service qualify to receive a refund or credit only on those newly added services. Refunds and credits will be issued for the newly added subscription services only.
d. Installation fees will not be refunded.
e. The refund or credit to the customer will not be issued, until any equipment associated with the new contract has been returned.
f. Early Termination Fees will not apply if customer has notified of its election to terminate the service.

Refund Policy – Digital Marketing & Technology Services

a. We plan each project by dividing work into milestones, and all projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and creation of a scope of work document.
b. This is done to make sure that both parties have complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes regarding refunds/return.

c. As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every phase or module, a refund is not applicable for the work already completed.

d. In the event of a project terminated on a mutual agreed basis, the client will have control of all completed work, and any payment for further development will become void. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded.
e. No payment will be refunded, once the client approves mock-up designs or initials documentation and we move into the development phase of the project.
f. There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase.
g. No cancellations are entertained for services that our marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited time offers and cannot be cancelled.
h. Digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel and get the alternate plan with a written notice of 07 days in advance.
i. We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects, which are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 15 days.
j. SkySphere (Private) Limited, does not have control over the policies, and practices, of third party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Google My Business, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Booking.com, Bed and Breakfast.com, or similar sites/directories.
k. SkySphere (Private) Limited, does not have control over third party social media companies and practices such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or similar businesses.
l. Client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics.
m. Client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, by SkySphere (Private) Limited, on the client’s behalf.

o. SkySphere (Private) Limited, clients on an ongoing monthly marketing plan may cancel their plan, with 07 days prior written notice.
p. SkySphere (Private) Limited, does not refund partial month payments.
q. Cancellation only applies after the 30-day cancellation-waiting period is over. Client will be charged for any work done during the 30 days’ cancellation period.
r. Clients who receive a new website design, as part of an ongoing monthly marketing plan, are not eligible to cancel their plan in the first 180 days. However, if the client cancels before the 180 days requirement, the total of all unpaid pending monthly charges will be owed.
s. We will reimburse no later than 30 days from the day of receiving the return/refund request, and we will use the same means of payment as the customer used for the order, and the customer will not be charged for any fees for such reimbursement.
t. According to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items; Regular priced services may be refunded, but Promotional Services will not be refunded.
u. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, the customer must inform us of the decision by means of a clear statement, by any of the following ways:
